This website is operated by Build 5 Fabrication, a brand owned and operated by Five Brands LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Build 5 Fabrication and Five Brands LLC. Build 5 Fabrication offers this website—including all information, tools, and services—to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Service,” “Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

For clarity, the “Service” refers exclusively to this website, our online store, customer communication, and the sale of custom-built motorhome consoles and related accessories. We do not provide professional installation services, mechanical services, or vehicle repair services.

SECTION 3 — PRODUCT INFORMATION AND ACCURACY

Build 5 Fabrication manufactures and sells custom-built motorhome consoles. Due to the custom nature of these products:

  • Measurements, colors, finishes, and materials may vary slightly.
  • Wood grain, texture, and appearance may differ from photos.
  • Fitment depends on customer-provided measurements and vehicle configuration.

We make every effort to display the products accurately in our store, including images and descriptions, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately show color, texture, or scale.

You agree that all measurements, photos, and vehicle information submitted for custom orders are your responsibility, and that we are entitled to rely on the accuracy of that information.

SECTION 4 — CUSTOM ORDERS

All motorhome consoles are built-to-order and are considered custom products.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Reasonable variations in finish, material, texture, or appearance are normal and do not constitute defects.
  • Any build timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on workload, material availability, or other factors beyond our control.

SECTION 5 — INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER

Build 5 Fabrication does not provide professional installation services and does not perform any physical installation work on your vehicle.

We may provide general instructional guides, tips, and basic reference information to help you understand our products and their typical use. However, this information is not a substitute for professional mechanical or installation advice. We do not provide detailed installation, diagnostic, structural, electrical, or vehicle modification instructions.

Any information provided on this website—including diagrams, photos, sketches, and written descriptions—is for general reference only and may not reflect your exact motorhome make, model, floor plan, trim level, or configuration. You must always verify all fitment and installation details for your specific vehicle.

You must consult a qualified RV technician, professional installer, or similar qualified professional for all installation steps, structural modifications, wiring, mounting hardware selection, and safety-critical decisions.

Improper installation, mounting, or modification may cause injury, property damage, or create vehicle safety hazards. You assume all risks related to installation and use of the products.

SECTION 6 — SAFETY NOTICE

Motorhomes and RVs contain electrical systems, structural supports, safety restraints, airbag systems (in some models), and other critical components. Installing or modifying interior consoles and furniture may affect access to controls, safety systems, or vehicle operation.

By purchasing a console or related product from Build 5 Fabrication, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring that any console or accessory does not interfere with vehicle controls, driver visibility, seat movement, or safety systems.
  • You are responsible for verifying that the console is securely mounted and suitable for your intended use.
  • You will consult a qualified professional if you are unsure how installation may affect safety or vehicle function.

Build 5 Fabrication and Five Brands LLC are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage arising from installation, modification, misuse, or improper mounting of any product.

SECTION 7 — MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service or any product.

SECTION 8 — SHIPPING AND DAMAGE CLAIMS

We package all products with care prior to shipment. If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must inspect the shipment upon delivery and document any visible damage with photos.
  • You must notify us of any shipping damage within the timeframe specified in our Shipping Policy.
  • You agree to cooperate in any claim process with the carrier, including providing photos and documentation.

Failure to report damage promptly may reduce or eliminate eligibility for replacement or assistance.

SECTION 9 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and billing/shipping address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

In no case shall Build 5 Fabrication, Five Brands LLC, or their owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation:

  • injuries or property damage resulting from installation, mounting, or use of any product;
  • damage to your vehicle or its systems;
  • lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs; or
  • any similar damages arising from your use of any product or the Service.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SECTION 17 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Build 5 Fabrication, Five Brands LLC, and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of:
